Plans Revealed!
Pre-Orders
For those of you that watch Knitabulls or Knitting in Circles, you may have seen the GnomeAcres branded project bags I made for Amanda of GnomeAcres. Her little Gnome Girl on a red tractor fabric is so cute that it makes for a perfect project bag! Since there have been a lot of inquiries about these little beauties, Amanda and I have decided to put 20 of these bags up for Pre-Order on July 21 at 10:00 a.m. CST. They will be listed in my Etsy shop, Tangerine Designs, that Saturday morning.
Giveaways
If, by some luck of the draw, you win in both groups, one of us will draw for another winner. I know, it's not fair. You want all the things. But you have to share. (See that. I went into Mom Mode)

Indie Craft Revolution is Coming!
Less than two weeks before my very first Big Show! I'm nervous, not nearly prepared enough, and excited as all get out! I'm going to have several different fabric combinations in bags, needle gauges, buttons, and even some T-Shirts. Now for all you Fiber Lovers out there, I don't believe there will be any fiber or yarn vendors at the show. But I've looked at the list of vendors, and there are some seriously cool things!
Vintage books turned into Journals by The Fancy Lamb.
Sandwich Wraps and other fun stuff from Zenbot Baby.
And I'm totally hoping to score something like this from Villa Design.
And Sprouted Designs has a kitchen towel that would look lovely in my home.
For a comprehensive list of all the vendors and links to their pages, please visit the Indie Craft Revolution.
Now, time to go sew my little heart out so maybe I'll be more prepared!

Celebrating One Year!
On June 6 last year, I finally took the plunge and started an Etsy shop. I thought that I might as well start building my business. That way, when my littlest went to school in two years, I would have built up a good beginning.
It started as stitch markers and knitting needle bracelets and very poor photos. I really didn't get the hang of it all until I started my project bags and really learned how to take good pictures. Little did I know that my goal of a good start by two years, turned into a great start by 6 months!
It has been a fun, creative, and sometimes stressful experience! I'm so happy to be doing something I love. And the ability to be doing it from my home, where I can spend time with my little girls, is just PRICELESS.
So, in honor of my first official year on Etsy, I'm offering 10% off anything in June with the coupon code ONEYEAR.
Thank you to all of you that have supported me and made this the best first year ever!
